    "Of The Angels, Angel Peppers?"

    Apparently, the 'anaheim' is a somewhat spicy pepper.

    So the full team name this year, fully translated, is going to be:

    "The City of Angels Angels of the Tropical Pepper Having Long, Tapering, Mildly Pungent Green or Red Fruit"

    That makes sense.
