It looks like individual ratings for those who post. When I mouse over it it gives messages. "rollsroyce11991 is off the scale" and "robinhoodnik is on a distinguished road" are the messages. It must have something to do with the scale that is in the top right of the posts... i clicked on it and it had me "rate" the poster and allows for comments...
EDIT: I clicked on my own scale- it is something to do with reputation... I have 10 reputation points...
