Dice Boxing League!
Dice Boxing League Sign-Ups
For those who have never been in a dice league, this is how we do this. People sign up as either a heavyweight or light-heavyweight, and then matches are booked. Each person starts off with a certain amount of money, in this league, $1000. Each match has a certain prize money, and winning a title or getting a knockout is extra cash as well. Each round in a boxing match is determined by rolling dice three times for each person. The person that gets the higher amount at least two times, wins the round. So lets say, for example:
Ali rolled 11.
Fraiser rolled 9.
Ali rolled 5.
Fraiser rolled 7.
Ali rolled 12.
Fraiser rolled 7.
Ali wins round one.
Ali total - 28
Fraiser total - 23
Now the usual fight will be fifteen rounds, but a knockout can be achieved a total of 315 before his opponent does.
So what is the benefit of winning money? Well with money you can buy the following things.
Coming Out Strong ($500)- Two points are added to every roll for the first three rounds. One per fight.
Rocky, Rocky ($1500)- Increases opponents total amount needed to knock you out by thirty for one fight. One per fight.
Tyson Knockout ($1500)- Decreases the amount you need to knock your opponent out by thirty for one fight. One per fight.
Second Wind ($800)- Two points are added to every roll for the last three rounds. May not be able to be used when asked if knockout it achieved prior to match. One per fight.
So here is how we run each days fights. I set up the matches, for now anyway, based on records. Rankings will be made and then titles will be introduced. For each match, you can post here the match's boxers and things you'd like to buy for that match. You may not spend more then you have, obviously.
