I also heard the Rangers & Yankees are looking at Vincente Padilla of the Phillies (I know, I had to do a double take and wipe my eyes to verify that one).

I've been hearing courtesy of WEEI in Boston, that Kevin Millar as well as Bellhorn may be changing thier addresses soon. Also that Manny Ramirez will probably again be put on waivers after the season is over.

recently accuired eric byrnes may be on the move again, this time to the yankes... The yankees need a center fielder, and the rockies want to move either dustin mohr or brynes. Another possiability is randy winn.

Trade has set a noon deadline tomorrow for it to go down or not, but it's a big one.
Red Sox recieve:

Mike Cameron, OF
Mets recieve:
Manny Ramirez, LF
Danny Baez, RP
Devil Rays recieve:
two Red Sox prospects
two Mets prospects
It seems as though the Red Sox have come back saying they want more to create an equal level returned for Manny.

That's a pretty big deal. Theres Tampa Bay giving up their best hitter and best pitcher for unproven players, or are they... don't have a clue who the prospects are.
I understand that the Devil Rays want Hanley Ramirez from the sox and the sox have said no. I havent heard another definite name as to who the second Boston prospect is. The Mets will send Lastings Milledge and another prospect. Manny Ramirez has been pulled from the Sox lineup for tonights Twins game. FIVE minutes before game time!!!!!!!!!
