Portraits

I am awaiting many new portraits of the players active in the major leagues. This means, new pictures, new teams, new faces. I am planning to have something out for you in the next few weeks. I know how in past years, sometimes you don't get new pictures until August. Well, I just want to get the ball rolling for all those guys who have this mind set. "Well, I wanna get the game, but I still don't know." Well look no further. Us longtime Mogulers are hard at work for all of you!

Thanks liveandletdie, are the pictures updated or are they the same pictures that were in baseball mogul 2003?

How do you get pictures into the game?

Well what do you mean? pictures of the players? or just pictures?

To get pictures of players in there, you find a picture, put the first 10 letters of there name as the title of the file (like John Johnson would be johnjohnso) and put it in Baseball Mogul 2006/Skins/Sports Mogul/Photos

To put them as a portrait photo (mainly there face) put it in Portraits, and an action photo (During a game or practice) put it in the Action folder.

Can you go into a little more detail on this subject? What file format should the picture be in? I tried it with both .jpg and .bmp and every time I went into the game to try and pull up the player page, the game would crash. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

live if you want and can use them I have shots of the Braves from spring training this year vs Georgia Tech... action shots and some that can be zoomed in and done facial... I've no qualms in sharing and you might be able to use 'em??!!

I use .jpg because it takes up less room on my computer, but some say the quality suffers a little more then it would with .bmp. So it's up to you with that. Also, I have no idea why it would crash.

I got it to work with a .jpg. Do you set up the action pictures in the same manner?

No probs will go through and do the whole zoom etc on them save 'em and send them through email to you
