Missing Files

My version of Football Mogul 2003 gives me an error telling me files are missing. Can someone put the list of files needed to run the game? It is probably the same as the 2005 version.

My computer got messed up and when I click on the Football Mogul shortcut it says I am missing some files. Can someone post the name of the files that are in the folder? Ones that are outside of the folders (with the .exe)
