    City Editor

I have two questions about the city editor.

First, how does the 'Time Zone' field work? In 2003 they are all set to 3, does that mean Eastern time? Western time? If I want to change it to Central time do I add or subtract?

Second, does the new version have a full city list instead of 70 cities that are all the same except for lattitude/longitude? Or is there someplace I can download a city list?

    Thanks.

Well, somebody has to own this game and be able to look at the city list and see if all the cities have the same stats...

I do not own it yet. I cannot pull enough out of my living money to buy it yet. I liked the demo for 2003 a lot, and I intend to buy the new version, but for now I want to know if I should continue researching the population, income, and geographical statistics of some of these cities. It would save me some time for when I do purchase the game.

Not sure what you'd put if you added Tokyo or London.

The data is different for each city. You can add your own city data if you wish.
