So Glad they're Staying
Bud Selig was a ***** for picking Minnesota in the first place. They may have a sucky stadium and their owners is a greedy jerk (he won't be around long though), but they had a solid team and they have the occasional fan (cough, Montreal and Florida, cough). There was no excuse. A team that won two World Series, and had built a team from scratch while their marquee free agents were no account players. I say move, don't contract, the Expos and Marlins. Nobody goes to the games! I say Omaha and D.C. could use a team.
With today's good news of no strike included a plan for no contractoin in 2007. This will give them plenty of time to pan out a plan on contraction.
