Stat Bug???

I am in the 2013 season and the stats for my players stopped at 2009 but each year is added to 2009. It this a known bug?

Hi, Brian -

What version of Football Mogul are you playing? Look in the Help menu and choose About Football Mogul.

We did release an update, version 2.1.9.4, which you can get at:
http://www.sportsmogul.com/demo/fb2k3demo.htm

That demo will replace the game you have, assuming you purchased the softwrapped version of the game.

When I try to install the "upgrade" it will say:

ANOTHER VERSION OF THIS PRODUCT IS ALREADY INSTALLED. INSTALLATION OF THIS VERSION CANNOT CONTINUE.

Do I need to uninstall the first version?

Yes, you will need to uninstall the old one first.

Go to the Control Panels, and use "Add/Remove Programs" to uninstall Football Mogul.

Then install the new version.

After you install it, you will have to "buy" it. But since you already purchased an earlier version of Football Mogul from SoftWrap, your purchase price for the upgrade will be $0.00.

I need your help. I uninstalled my version and reinstalled it and when I tried to reinstall the license, and it failed. So, I tried to do a phone registration and read the first and second sequence numbers to them and they put me on hold twice and said they were having problems with it and then they "suddenly" started to not be able to hear me and they finally hung up on me.

When calling back, I would tell them my problem and I would get disconnected.

This is horrible! All I want to do is play my legally purchased Football Mogul 2003.

Any suggestions???

Hi, Brian -

When you are installing an upgrade to the game, do not click the Reinstall button.

Instead, click "Buy It".

You will able to buy the game for $0.00

Reinstall is only for people who want to move their game to a different computer, and must install it there.

Yes, I know, SoftWrap needs a new User Interface designer...

Thanks for the tip. That worked and I've already played a season and I maybe have encoutered another bug. I didn't get the chance to do a college draft. Am I missing something??
