BUG: [25.04] Bench Player Used As Ghost Runner

Playing 1967 with DH and Start Extra Innings With Runner on 2B. The Reds start the 10th inning with Tommy Helms coming off the bench on 2B. He could have been pinch-running for Leo Cardenas (hitting 9th) ... except that after scoring, Helms enters the game in the bottom of the 10th as a defensive replacement for Hal McRae (batting 5th).

The reporter covering the game was clearly confused, based on the write-up.

When Tim Wakefield finally stops pitching, I'll have to admit my own mortality.

    Two things:

    1. Thanks for posting the Box Score and Recap. The wrong player on second is one thing. Giving him 4 RBIs in the box score for no reason may be a clue as to what went wrong.

    2. WHY would you turn on Zombie Runners in 1967. A thousand dead baseball players are rolling in their graves.

Hmmmm... 4 RBIs in a game to someone who hasn't actually played and hit for them??? That's one I've seen in football before FM 22 but thankfully haven't seen that one in Baseball.
