Trade Proposals for wrong team/players (v21.11) [Fixed v21.12]

I'm playing as the Los Angeles Dodgers

I keep getting trade proposals similar to the attached.

The trade dialogue states: "The Los Angles Dodgers...would like to trade"
-I'm playing as the Los Angeles Dodgers

The trade is 3B Justin Turner for a IF, OF and P prospects.

When I click on the Let's Talk button I get the second attachment
-It's a trade of similar prospects (IF, OF and P) on my team (the Dodgers) for a third baseman on another team (the Diamondbacks)

I am seeing the same thing on V21.11 playing as the Mets historical 1975 team.
