    Openers and days of rest

The use of the opener (a reliever starting a game and pitching an inning or facing the first few batters), gained some traction in MLB this year.

Mogul isn't set up to handle this.

Apparently, Mogul doesn't fatigue pitchers based only on the number of pitches, but fatigues the pitcher that starts the game differently than those that pitch in relief. So, any reliever that starts a game, will need 4 games of rest, even if they've only completed an inning or thrown 15-20 pitches.

    Should be changed.
