FM19 demo cannot turn on commissioner mode.

In a blog Clay said you can do that with this version. I wanted to mess around with the player ratings a bit and see how the game is before I purchase it. I have FM12 and when you change the predicted stats the ratings for the player updated. I found this quite convienient? Does the game do the same thing in FM19?

Yes you can edit predicted stats. However, starting with version FM15, you can edit the ratings. Not sure if predicted stats have as much value as the ratings.

The ratings have a huge impact on the players/teams performances.

In the current versions (19) v16.06), Predicted Stats and Ratings are related. If you modify the Predicted Stats and click Calculate Ratings, the Ratings will be changed to match the predicted ratings.

The ratings do impact the simulation results but not as much as implied in other postings. Run the simulation and check out the top 10 in various categories. You will find multiple players rated in the 60s and 70s out-performing players rated over 85. In some categories over half the players on the top 10 list will be rated 75 and below while players in their peak years rated over 88 won't even make the list.
