Improve the player Overall / Peak / Attribute normalization

After some additional tests, it appears that player aging is based upon the player's birthday, not the season. So a player you draft whose birthday is between mid-March and the beginning of September will "age" - sometimes massively. This negatively affects drafting since the birthday becomes relevant when determining who to draft. Better to draft a player with a peak of 90 who is born in Feb than one with a peak of 92 born in May.

Currently, normalization appears to be done following the College Draft and is unevenly done with some players maintaining their Overall and Peak values while others (seemingly randomly) take massive hits to their Peak and Overall ratings.

When ratings need to be reduced in order to maintain the desired league average, consider subtracting a single point from all attributes of each player. Thereby affecting all players equally.

Remove the Draft Talent option under League->League Editor... This complicates normalization by significantly increasing inflation when
the Draft Talent is set above zero. This devalues veterans and over-values drafted players -- resulting in an unrealistic simulation.

If the above is too difficult to implement, provide the option for the player to turn off normalization since, as currently implemented, it does NOT enhance the simulation.
