Unable to add images or attachments to posts [In Progress]

As the title suggests, I'm currently unable to add images or attachments to posts.

I can choose the file, but when I click to upload I get the following error message:

Testfile.jpg - Imageinfo Failed:
sh: /usr/local/bin/identify: No such file or directory

I'm posting this here largely so I have the error info in one place as we try to fix it, assuming it's not just a temporary problem. But I'm curious if anyone else is having the same problem.

Clay, I am having this same problem. Another poster mentioned it as well.

On top of that I am having continuous problems being booted off. Just today I was trying to respond to a post and when I hit submit post it told me I was not authorized and had to log in. I did so and it posted. Then I tried to move to a different area and it booted me again. Keep getting that yellow banner on top.

For a while now when I try to go to the forum from the game (Baseball Mogul), I log in but it says there is a bad link. However when I hit the forum box at the top it takes me there and I am logged in.

Actually when I try to add a screenshot I don't get the same error. My error says it is not a valid image file even though I have tried both JPG and BMP and made sure they were smaller than the limit.

The attachments in my generics thread have gone missing. I've tried reposting all of them in one zip, about 10% of the maximum size, and it says the file is too large to process. Also tried splitting it into smaller pieces and even 2% of the maximum size is too large to process.

I'm sorry. We're still working on this. It's been a nightmare trying to keep vBulletin working. We're probably going to switch service providers again soon, which should finally allow attachments to work again. Hopefully in the next few weeks. We may even be able to restore all the old attachments. [:fingers crossed:]
