Because of this interview NPR has Stopped Live INTERVIEWS

Because of this interview NPR has Stopped Live INTERVIEWS as the were called out for their RACISM.

`National Public Radio ombudsman/public editor Elizabeth Jensen has recommended that the taxpayer-funded radio news service bar future live interviews of conservatives who may have controversial views, following an interview Nov. 16 with Breitbart News’ Joel B. Pollak.

Pollak, who serves as Breitbart’s Senior Editor-at-Large and In-house Counsel, defended its Executive Chairman Stephen K. Bannon from false and defamatory claims of antisemitism and “white nationalism.” He also turned the tables, pointing out that NPR has “racist programming,” including a story that called the 2016 election results “nostalgia for a whiter America.”

NPR listeners were apparently outraged that anyone from Breitbart News had been given an opportunity to defend the website and its chairman.

In her response, “Listeners: Two Recent Interviews Are ‘Normalizing Hate Speech’,” Jensen concluded that the live format had allowed Pollak to get the better of host Steve Inskeep.
Why is NPR so mad? Because at the end of the day, they have no real interest in discussing conservative ideas, or delineating between true conservatism, centered around faith, liberty, and economic opportunity, and the twisted so called ethno-nationalist "alt-right" ideology practiced by basement dwelling Neo Nazis that exist on the fringe of Donald Trump's movement. To NPR, it's all the same.

The mainstream left isn't interested in examining the growing nexus between conservatives and patriotic moderates that helped elect Donald Trump. They're not interested in examining the facts and meeting somewhere in the middle. Their only interest seems to be in tarring anyone who disagrees with them as racist, sexist, and homophobic.

Liberals are no longer interested in listening to the American people, so it's not surprising that the American people are no longer interested in listening to liberals.

In my experience only the most boring, uninformed, pretentious people listen to NPR. If stranded on a desert island I would choose to go slowly insane rather than listen to that drivel. I suppose in this era of market segmentation, it is not really a bad idea to cater to a small group of frothing millenials and bitter hippies, but catering to prejudice and journalism, reporting, and search for truth seem to be mutually exclusive. It seems that a fair amount of the mainstream Democrat party actually wants to examine the reason for their failures, but a very loud minority, empowered by the full support of the MSM, is preventing just that. And lets not forget the Hillary bitterly clinging to her stolen imperial ascension; her and her power bloc seem to be another group actively preventing any real soul searching on the Democrat side (why would someone without a soul want to search for it?). She certainly seems to be at heart very far to the left, but has long ago abandoned her ideals in pursuit or raw power.

Alloutwar - what are you responding to? Deal with the subject matter at hand.

    Ryan Leaf for president!
Labor is prior to, and independent of, capital. Capital is only the fruit of labor, and could never have existed if labor had not first existed. Labor is the superior of capital, and deserves much the higher consideration.
