    Deck building confusion

In the Strategy guide it says

The typical MotG Playbook deck has 28 cards, broken down as follows: 4 Audibles (14%), 10 Touchdowns (36%) and 14 Field Goals (50%).
and in the Deck building guide there the example is based on the same proportions of cards.

However, in the Deck Building section of "Instructions for play", it says:

The deck must have at least 12 “Touchdown” cards.
    .

So, I guess only one of these is the correct one, but which?

Both are correct. The 12 "Touchdown" cards refers to playing without Audibles. When playing with audibles, you may have less than 12 touchdowns because audibles are considered as a touchdown when building decks.

    EX: 4 Audibles + 10 Touchdowns = 14 Total Touchdown cards.

Ah, I must have misinterpreted that.

Another thing that struck me when I started to build a deck today. It has to do with audibles. I am wondering about the serial comma on the clutch kicker card. On the clutch kicker card it says:

+25 to any offensive rating for any Field Goal play, on your last play of the game, or in overtime.
which I read as allowing you to add 25 to any offensive rating on your last play of the game, in overtime, or on any field goal attempt during the game. However, Doesn't that make long distance kicker card:

+12 to any offensive rating on any Field Goal play.
redundant? I mean, why would I ever want a card that gives me +12 on any FG when I can have one the gives me +25 on any FG as well as a few other perks?

Given that most audibles that add lot 20 or more points are very specific (E.g., Sideline Prevent), should the clutch kicker card be interpreted as being playable only on the last play or in overtime or is it just a superior version of the Long distance kicker card?

The clutch kicker card only works for the last play or in overtime, that is why it has a larger rating. The Long Distance Kicker card is allowable to use at any point in the game.

Perhaps a clearer formulation would be (for the 2014 decks)

On your last play of the game, or in overtime, +25 to any offensive rating for any Field Goal play.

That would work better! Thanks for the input.
