Ravens Playbook Card citing for FB Run Blocking

I've noticed that the Ravens have Playbook cards that cite bonuses for FB Run Blocking but the Ravens have no FB on their roster.

Can an extra RB on the Ravens roster (e.g. Bernard Pierce) be designated to play FB or are the FB bonuses simply unavailable to the Ravens given their current roster?

The FB bonuses are strictly for a FB. Those cards were added in case you wanted to throw in a FB from another team.
