[15.00] Pitcher ground ball percentage over 100% [Fixed 15.04]

Big Ed Walsh was a great groundball pitcher--you'd have to be to survive in the Baker Bowl--but this is going a bit far:



I've seen several other pitchers with groundball percentages of 95-100%.

15.04 fixes this. Well, it will fix it going forward. I don't believe it corrects the errors that have already been generated.

Ah, thanks for that. I hadn't realized that it had been fixed--Big Ed was generated under 15.00.

I think 15.05 will even fix this problem for games started in 15.00.

Definitely doesn't look like it fixes games started on earlier versions.

Also, still noticing some weird things. I don't know just when during the 2016 season I switched patches, so this may just be leftover but I felt it worth noting, one of the rookie players has 2 extra career groundballs than he has in the 2016 season (despite never appearing in a game prior to 2016).
