My catcher situation has been a mess this year. I had Lucroy who was off to an unbelievable start. He got hurt and I have been riding the streaks of guys like AJ Ellis & Willin Rosario since. I currently have Salvador Perez who has been great, but Luc is do off the DL later this week. I have room for only 1 catcher. What do you think guys Perez or Lucroy?

So glad I made that Vogelsong trade now. A-Rod is out with a broken wrist. Which means EE moves from 1st to 3rd, Trumbo moves in from the OF to 1st and Bruce takes Trumbo's spot in the OF.

I'd keep Lucroy on the DL unless you need the spot. Just to see how he does. Might as well ride the hot streak of Perez. And start looking into moving either Perez or Lucroy.

I wish I could wait. It's a weekly h2h league on ESPN and once he comes off the DL, if I don't activate him I can't make any roster moves. I'd get steam rolled in the pitching categories because almost everyone streams. I'm leaning toward Perez. I'm just not sure how legit Lucroy is. He was preforming at a level he never displayed before in the minors or majors. Plus he's been out for two months. I hate decisions like this cause they always seem to backfire on me.

Couldn't you drop a pitcher or a position player and have Lucroy sit on the bench for a week or so? How is the rest of the league doing catching wise? Would Lucroy be an upgrade for a team? If he isn't, I would drop him and hope for the best in Perez. I think Perez is a safer bet rest of season than Lucroy.

The guy must have been desperate for pitching when he made that deal. I do love Vogelsong though. Metrics be damned! He is a QS machine. Somebody offered me Alex Gordon for him today. I couldn't hit reject fast enough.

Andre Johnson hurt again. I won't touch him in any draft this year unless it's late.

Well I dropped Luc after I couldn't trade him. Hopefully I don't get burned.

Chris Perez's blowup today: -20.5 points
Jeremy Hellickson's blowup yesterday: -9 points
Score of my matchup: Lost 216-191

Chris Perez and Jeremy Hellickson can die in a pudding fire.

You must have a big DL in your league. If you don't I hope your not wasting roster spots on guys like Hammel & Garza.

No Napoli and Sabathia just went on so I dropped some guys. There's just not a lot left in FA for P or else I'd drop Garza
