    Cool Evaluation

Overall I really like this game but I would recommend a few things.

    1) I purchased the Sports Mogul Baseball game and really enjoyed the ability to change the steal, hitting, pitching etc. Hopefully, the final football version will have a run vs. pass option. I'd like to be able to set my team to run 40% and pass 60%. I also enjoyed the headlines in the baseball game. Will this be a part of football?

    2) I still get a font message from time to time.

    3) Maybe it's my own mismanagement but I continue to get to the 2007 season and start running out of players. Every year I seem to drop players and it's difficult to get back over the 53 player limit once you get beyond the 2007 season.

    4) Some of the college players are rated a 10.0 when they should be a 6.0. I realize that age plays a part but still some of these guys are overrated.

5)Are we going to be able to vote for players to go to the hall of fame? I think we should.

    6) Will there be a salary cap increase every year?

    7) I've got a guy on one of my teams with over 200 int's in one season. Is Lester Hayes still playing?

    8) How about giving out some awards at the end of the season? (This might be a part of the headlines section)

Overall I love the game. I'd love to have more control over the offense and defense. I'm a computer sports game freak so the more stats the better. Keep up the great work Clay.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thing the CSS ratings are based on an average of how every teams scouts rank a player, so depending on how you have your scouting set up, your own judgement of a player will differ from the CSS. This would especially make sense for younger players, who are harder to scout.

    Scouting

I set my scouting to #1 in the league and still see some fluff. I agree that over time most of these guys develop, it's just some take a whole lot longer than others. I expect a 10.0 player to be a starter and major talent in the first year and some are but some are pathetic. Just pointing it out.

The fact that you have the best scouting in the league would mean that your scouting is more accurate that the CSS, so they would think some people are better/worse than they actually are and you would have a better draft.

Starting in 2.1.1.0, the CSS ratings should be more reliable.
