I have a feeling Jack Z is gonna win this one.
I would say my top GM is Theo. Yes, the Red Sox have a high payroll to work with but he's won two WS's under his watch and they've developed their farm system extremely well. To the point where it's one of the top system's in the game.
Looking through there are a lot of new or relatively short-tenured GM's in the game. It'll be interesting to follow the careers of some of these guys and see how they pan out.

If Jack Z takes a team to the series, I'll put him in the same category as Friedman. But right now what Friedman did is #1
