Is it being anticipated very much down in the States, because judging by the lack of an Official thread, it doesn't seem like it.

Its all the talk up here right now. Highly anticipated.

No one's really talking about it at all down here.

I had a short conversation about it with a couple of people a few days ago, saying how this is all Vancouver has going for them, and also how they should make prostitution a sport in the Winter Olympics to boost ratings.

I plan to watch some speed skating, and that's it.

If I watch, it will only be in the hope that Lindsey Vonn & Gretchen Bleiler have an all-out lez-fest in an attempt to bring nude lesbian gymnastics to the Olympic stage.

On a slightly more serious note, I do like Olympic hockey far more than NHL, but that will be the extent of my Olympic viewing

Between the hockey and the curling, there's already going to be a ton of great games to watch. Add on top of that the other sports that you don't get a chance to see often, and there won't be a shortage of great entertainment.
