Right Now yes, If The NFLPA and Roger Godell Can't come to an agreement in by March 2010 will be uncapped and there will be no football in 2011 The NFLPA will go on strike
Lakers/Cardinals/Patriots/Penguins
more spotlight for college football then.
My runs created per 27 posts (RC/27p) was 12.4 last year. I should've been MVP.

I disagree that teams like Jax will be happy to deal with an uncapped league. They are already thinking of moving that team, I highly doubt they would let the league be run by Jerry, New York, New England, and maybe San Francisco/Oakland.
As far as I know Jerry Jones is the only owner fully on board with an uncapped season. And we all know how Jerry feels on revenue sharing, salary caps, etc.
Why would the players strike without a salary cap? This means more money for them. It's OBVIOUSLY the owners choice if we don't have football in 2012. There is no way in hell it's the players.
Also, you misspelled happy, man. I can't even look at you!![]()
Yep, Dallas has said they'd love to get rid of the cap. Chances are good the same could be said for Washington, since Dan Snyder seems to try buying a decent record on an annual basis even with a cap in place. Maybe Oakland, and quite possible New England, would fall on this side as well.
The Giants are one of the reasons the league even has revenue sharing and a cap...they've always been a 'league first' type of franchise. And it isn't just the Jags who would be against an uncapped league. It would basically kill the Bills, the Chargers are already having issues with a lack of big money coming in (thanks to an old stadium and no real local secondary revenue), Mike Brown's always been a cheap *******, so no way would the Bengals be for it. Tampa would likely be dead set against it. No cap or revenue sharing would put a serious dent in Green Bay's chances of ever winning again. And with the grousing Zygi Wilf has done on financial matters, the Vikings wouldn't be thrilled either.
There is no way the NFLPA can let it happen. It's at a point where if they wanna play football past the 2010-11 season, they have to get a cap.
