SB- (CS X 7) + (3B X 21) + (2B X 13)= Speed Factor
Jose Reyes' 2008 Speed Factor
78- (21 X 7) + (19 X 21) + (37 X 13)=
78- 147+ 399 + 481= 811
Rob Deer's 1988 Speed Factor
9- (5 X 7) + (0 X 21) + (24 X 13)
9- 35 + 0 + 312= 286

I believe your stat is suggesting billy butler's speed factor is higher than jose reyes

Not quite, but he's in the same league, so this stat is not very helpful.
