    Chris Henry's fiance

Anyone else see the interview on ESPN with her? I just watched it and I think it's absolutely despicable.

When asked why didn't she just stop the truck she responded by saying "There's nowhere to stop on that road," as if she just came up with that excuse on the spot. Absolutely ridiculous. Pretty sure if your fiance, whom you have multiple children with, is in the bed of the truck while you're speeding down the road, any place qualifies as a place to stop.

    Hmm, let's review:

Fiancee's reaction to fight; leave. Not necessarily the best way to resolve a conflict, but not a bad decision to give yourself time to cool off.

Henry's meathod; jump into the bed of a moving truck and beating on the windows trying to get in or get her to stop.

Yeah, I'm not stopping for someone who reacts like that. Henry's stupidity is responsible for his death.

maybe the fact he was trying to assualt her verbally and possibly physically had something to do with it? If an enraged guy hops in the bed of your moving pickup after a lengthy screaming match...are you going to stop the truck if he falls out....regardless of how well you know him? For you, that answer may be yes.....for a woman who was dealing with a very strong and obviously disturbed man, i'd bet for the most part the answer would be no. I find no fault in that.

    However..i didn't see the interview.

No matter how angry someone is, vehicular manslaughter is not the answer.

true...but she didn't commit vehicular manslaughter.

to my knowledge she hasn't been charged, and the matter will hinge upon whether or not she had reason to believe her well being was being threatened if she stopped the vehicle. What happened prior to the incident will be significant.

She claimed in the interview that he jumped out and did not fall out, as had been reported. Either way I can't see her getting charged with anything.

Yeah, I can't really argue with her not stopping the truck when angry Chris Henry jumps in the bed and starts pounding on the windows.

I really think this is a situation where we simply don't know enough to judge any of the parties involved.
