I wouldn't. He may have more stolen bases than Rickey, but his OBP is .24 points lower. I'd rather have someone who gets on base more than someone who steals more bases.

The break-even point for stolen bases (where below that point is actually detrimental to run-scoring, and above is beneficial) hovers between 72-74%. 80% or more is considered elite. 75% isn't much higher than the break-even point.
