Peter Gammons leaves ESPN; joins MLBN

Well, how many other TV guys does ESPN have that know anything at all about baseball? Like one? If that? They better move Klaw and Neyer to TV pretty soon!

Really? your not psyched for listening to a full hour of Kruk and Eric Young?

With a little less intelligible baseball talk to keep him sane we're getting closer to a full melt down by Karl Ravech where he just starts slamming his head into the desk or goes ahead and slugs Kruk.

With some of the people leaving ESPN, it makes me wonder if its such a good gig to work there.

    Law, fine.

    Neyer's a *****. See this article: http://espn.go.com/blog/sweetspot/po...-little-sadder

Apparently because Barry Bonds' son assaulted his mother, Barry is totally to blame

    smh
Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are .

nice! I'm happy for mlb network. I actually like Steve Phillips... You gotta remember though, this effects shows like: Mike and Mike (they have him on weekly) as well as baseball tonight. Who will do the report when we find out about more steroids in baseball now?

I am happy about this. I got tired of watching baseball tonight like I had with Sportscenter. They just continue to have crappy and crappy people doing their programs and ultimately becoming very boring and each episode almost seems the same, with guys and their same catch phrases. I got so tired of hearing souvenir city and crap like that. The only reason I was even watching Baseball Tonight anymore was because of gammons and now that he will be with MLBN, I will have baseball programming to look forward to again. Gammons and Reynolds reunited again! I am loving it. I'd like to see Steve Phillips go to MLBN as well hahaha.
Ready for Offseason rumors and trade talk!

    Just for fun BBM10 roster:

Why don't you read what Neyer said? He never said that this incident was "Barry Bonds' fault."
