2 big things being announced at the Winter Meetings

    http://twitter.com/injuryexpert/status/6352100741

    According to Will Carroll

From replies he's made to other people, I can determine that it's not:
    -contraction
    -a Selig extension
-the announcement of the next commissioner
    -the Rays relocating
    -a shortening of the season
    -an expansion of the playoffs
    -steroids-related

Someone asked Carroll if one of the two things involved the Rangers ownership situation, and he replied "Smart"

Also, Carroll says one will be announced Monday and the other on Tuesday

I'm gonna take a shot in the dark and say that a team is moving, and the Division Series will now be a best-of-7.

One of the announcements is my balls
My runs created per 27 posts (RC/27p) was 12.4 last year. I should've been MVP.

    Monday = KowboyKoop's right ball
Tuesday = unveiling of the left ball

MG, I hope you are in attendance

I can hope that one will be Bud Selig being taken out back behind the woodshed, with no witnesses involved.

I have it, on good authority, that all teams will convert to playing cricket, and that the stadium vendors will hawk cups of tea, and watercress sandwiches...

Oh, but cricketers also get a lunch break, doncha know...? Forty minutes around the 3rd inning...also gives the spectators a chance to stretch their legs...like out of the stadium!
