that and it was at 2 A.M.
but everything i see says that alcohol was not involved.
I am up driving at 2 A.M. all the time having not been drinking, i am up overnights all the time.....doesn't mean if i hit something that i am drunk. Plus they have young children, could very well been running an errand for a child, or just driving to think, or driving and was tired. Could be mechanical error, he could have been holding down on the gas rather than pumping the break etc.
The worst part about it, he wasn't driving a Buick.
