in fact, i can name at least 7 better off the top of my head

they would include players like Joe Morgan, Hornsby, Ryne Sandberg etc.

no Chase Utley is a good hitting second basemen with good defensive skills.

By the time it's all said and done he'll probably be number 5, but Hornsby, Collins, Lajoie, and Morgan are going to be very tough to pass, especially Hornsby and Collins.

I replied in the other thread. and I know, i just said the first couple that came to mind without much thought.

I said it in the other thread, but i think his career will rival Sandberg's....which is somewhere around a top 8-12 of all time. I don't think he can sustain production to end up as a top 5
