Hush, you pessimist. Drink the Kool-Aid and enjoy him while he's lasts on the Oakland A's.

I'd be more prepared for the disappointment of Bailey regressing than him being traded away.

Well, we're all going to die someday too, but there's no use dwelling on that now, is there?

Yeah, but look on the bright side. If you die tomorrow, you won't have to watch Bailey either regress or get traded.

Seriously he had such an outstanding season that it would make total sense to have a sophomore slump in 2010. Even with a slump he would still be a good closer. I can see his ERA jumping into the low 3's, with a few more blown saves.

I would still take him though, until he gets traded away.

The full NL voting results are at the BBWAA website, which fortunately is no longer neon green. Casey McGehee placed higher than Dexter Fowler, so MichelleWie should be happy .
That just goes to show you that, as much as everyone on here and on BP think they know everything. They really aren't even as smart as the writers. Alot of people take themselves way way to seriously on here. Alot of the people on this forum are condescending jerks who don't know as much as they think they do.

Actually, no it doesn't. The only way that would be true is if the writers were correct on this issue, but there's no way to prove that.
