I don't think that qualifies as a move or rumour.

GMZ Quote from the GM Meetings

Felix is our property. we're going to have him the next 2 years.
A surprising statement from a very tight lipped front office/GM. Hopefully that doesn't mean we're just gonna hold on to him through his arb years and it really means we're going to work out an extension.

Referring to him [Felix] as 'their property' is sure to make him feel so welcomed that he's just jumping at the chance to remain 'their property' for longer

haha, not the best choice of words I suppose, but I'm glad he said what he did. I was afraid being tight lipped would make Felix feel 'not welcomed', if that makes any sense. I would rather have GMZ go out there and say he wants Felix around than being quiet about it.

Well yeah, I agree with all of that, but I wouldn't be satisfied with him as a starter though. I would go out and maybe get a better option at 3rd or short, which ever is needed.

I doubt he'll be a starter with Tui looking for a job this year. Although they could put Tui at 2B and move Jose Lopez to 3B. Even if they gave Hall the starting job I wouldn't be that upset. His bat has upside, he's still an asset defensively and the Mariners aren't really in a 'win-now' mode.

Good points. So Lopez would be a good fix to move to 3rd. I know he's a solid fielder at 2nd. Has he had any experience there before? He definately has a strong enough arm for it. I've always liked Bill Hall. I really wished he continued his success he had with the Brewers a few years back but for some reason I feel like all the bouncing around the field MAY have caused him to get into more funks, with him concentrating more on his defense.

TBH, I don't know if Lopez could move to 3B. No doubt he would probably be below average though, but he's a better fielder than Tui and I know they want to get Tui on the field.

I'd rather just trade Lopez and put a Hall/Hannahan platoon at 3B and put Tui in at 2B though. That would be the best move in my eyes.

Good enough idea. I am sure they could get something pretty decent in a deal for Lopez.

I think resigning Tim Wakefield and Victor Martinez definitely qualifies as a move or "rumour".
