    1) No, Jr. and Sr. doesn't count, just first letter of first name and first letter of last name.

    2) His initials would be JD (since De La Rosa is his last name) so no.

    Ryan Rowland-Smith is the only player ever with a hyphenated last name, and he's not on the list.
