Who are the only two players to have at least 10 wins OR 10 losses in every season in the 2000s?

Found this one on SB Nation:

Two pitchers were active in Major League Baseball during the 1990s (though not necessarily only in the 1990s). Including thumbs, these two pitchers had a combined six right digits. Who were these two pitchers?

Yes he is one of them.

Remember, it's six combined right digits between the both of them.

The other would be Jim Abbott.
Back then, my idol was Bugs Bunny, because I saw a cartoon of him playing ball - you know, the one where he plays every position himself with nobody else on the field but him? Now that I think of it, Bugs is still my idol. You have to love a ballplayer like that. -Nomar Garciaparra
