Here are three great pitchers in my current game. Please look at the season 2012 and 2016. Please tell me which one should have been awarded the NL Cy Young Award in 2012 and which one in 2016.
On an added note, McGreary won the award in 2013.

What's with Hooker's injury? broken vertebrabruised abdoment? what?
2012 should easily be McGreary. Lower ERA, more innings pitched, more valuable player. McGreary's 9.23 K/BB ratio is insane, too.
2016 should be Webb. Even though McGreary's ridiculous K/BB is still there, Webb gave up fewer runs in the same amount of innings, roughly. Hooker really isn't a candidate with his low amount of innings.
Illini.
Yeah I need a Winn-Dixie grocery bag full of money right next to the VIP section...
I've got to disagree slightly. I do agree that McGreary clearly should win in 2012, but 2016 is pretty much a toss-up. IRL, Webb would probably win in 2016, but I'm not sure that he would deserve it.
Hooker shouldn't actually be a strong candidate either year, but since you included him, I suspect that he won it in your game both times.
2012 McGreary, 2016 Webb.
I think, therefore I love the Dodgers.

2012 McGreary, 2016 Webb
Look at McGreary's 2009 stats...wow, the Padres must have really sucked that year
I posted because I too felt it was a toss up leaning toward Webb but...
McGreary won both years. He is a 3-time Cy Young Award winner while Webb only won in 2006 (I started in 2009).
I included Hooker since he had the best ERA in both seasons, including leading MLB in 2016. But I feel for the guy who missed all of 2014 due to an injury and will miss all (or most anyway) of the 2017. Also he got a 2-month injury in 2015 yet he has a 86 health.
As for the question relating to 2009, McGreary went 3-18 while the Padres went 67-95.
I would probably have to go with McGreary
McGreary is a stud in mogul. won cy young for me in 3 times in 4 seasons once
