Ban the word "fail" from the forums

Given the overuse of this word by some users of the forum (namely metsguy), I think we should do like metsguy wants, and ban it.

Another forum I post on doesn't censor the word. It replaces it with something else entirely. There was once a lawsuit going on where both parties could not be mentioned, so if somebody typed the names, they would appear as Richard Simmons, or RuPaul, or somebody else.

What could "fail" be replaced by?

There is a forum I post on where any form of the word sh!t is replaced with Bichette

That was awesome back then. I swear I wore that to school three days a week. Nowadays, nobody would have any idea who he is, but I always wanted one after I saw him wearing it, and since I was obsessed with the Rockies at that time.

I think the word "fail" should be added to the forum's censor list. It is used excessively on these boards to insult myself and other young posters. I think we should stop this problem and ban the word.
