July 13, 1996- Pavlik pitched another amazing game, and it is really sad that he had to get the loss today; our offense could not do anything against John Burkett. We had our chances, 9 hits and 2 errors, but we could not come through when we needed to.

July 15, 1996- This is the Jon Lieber that I know. He gave up 2 solo HRs in 7 innings and hopefully this is him returning to his old form. The rumors of him being up for trade are still ciruclating, but if he keeps this up then he's not going anywhere.
