12.03 - Re-loading game changes the starting pitcher

I have yet to download 12.06, but I didn't see this mentioned in the update.

I am trying to re-create this, and have been unsuccessful at making it happen when I want to, but it has occurred three times to me now since owning the game.

Playing as Royals vs. Yankees in game #4 of regular season, 2009 season. Wang pitched the third game of the season for the Yankees (the day before). Pettitte starts for Yankees against Royals. I play the game.

Part way through, I save the game. I attempt a double steal against Pettitte, it doesn't work. I re-load (so what).

Magically, Wang is now on the mound for the Yankees. Everything else is the exact same. I re-load again to see if it was a one time glitch. Wang is still on the mound. I click "finish" to end the game, and sure enough, Wang now has 2 games started (started #3 and #4) and now Pettitte is slated to start game #5 of the season. He has no official stats yet on the 2009 season.

I'm working like crazy to re-create this. It has happened three times in three different saves, but when I physically try to re-create it on purpose, I never can.

Ok, I couldn't re-create it again, but I thought, "hey, the stats are there, I'll show that." See the attached screen shots. The second one shows both, you can see that the IP in the rotation screen doesn't match the log, but it does match the overall stats on the pitching tab...

I believe this was fixed in 12.06, correct? I'll download the updated patch and see if I can re-create it. If it has to do with QS, I bet it will occur in the 6th inning. I'll see if I can do it with 12.06.
