I think DarthJaker (and TheNamelessPoet to a lesser extent) are Corky from "Life Goes On".

DarthJaker has a good amount of Zed from "Police Academy" too. I could see him eating paste or running with scissors after Metsguy told him that Albert Pujols did it as a child.
