Charleston, Portland, Calgary (Or at least the AI team I added there did well), New Orleans, Charlotte, San Antonio... New York can hold another team as well.

Charleston, Portland, and Calgary are surprising, although not as surprising in a game. I think Chicago could hold another team too.

Montreal, Portland, Vancouver BC, Indianapolis, Charlotte, Las Vegas...
Boston could have a second team...maybe... it once had a second team...
NY could also have a third team (possibly located in New Jersey).
I usually go with Portland, OR if I need a western team and Montreal or New Jersey if a need an eastern team.

South Park had the Cowboys vs. the South Park Cows, not the same name, but close. In the Simpsons, Shelbyville's minor league baseball team is the "Shelbyville Shelbyvillians." Of course, the town is named after it's founder, Shelbyville Manhattan..
