I'm surprised by the number of people that forget that Mike Piazza was once, briefly, a Florida Marlin.

Brad Lidge to Philadelphia. After having a tough postseason in 2005. Then 2 tough regular seasons with the Astros, gets traded to Philadelphia, oh, and goes on to record 47 of 47 and help the Phillies win the World Series.

Well, the weird player is Michael Bourn, because everytime I see him come up to the plate, I think "Thanks Michael. Props to Ed Wade" haha so that's weird for me.

Re: Weird players to have on your team

Edgardo Alfonzo, Armando Benitez, Mike Bordick, Jeff Burroughs, John Candelaria, Jose Canseco, Royce Clayton, Roger Clemens, Joe Coleman, David Cone, Mariano Duncan, David Eckstein, Ron Fairly, Cecil Fielder, Mike Flanagan, Troy Glaus, Steve Hargan, Rickey Henderson, Shea Hillenbrand, Dave Hollins, Willie Horton, Cesar Izturis, Jeff Kent, Gary Lavelle, Felipe Lopez, Lee Mazzilli, Paul Molitor, Raul Mondesi, Mickey Morandini, Mike Morgan, Jack Morris, Randy Myers, Phil Niekro, Al Oliver, Jorge Orta, Dave Parker, Lance Parrish, Dave Righetti, Scott Rolen, Juan Samuel, Benito Santiago, Ken Schrom, Ruben Sierra, Bill Singer, Mike Stanley, Dave Stewart, Pat Tabler, Frank Thomas, Steve Trachsel, Frank Viola, and Dave Winfield. There are 51 players here and probably unanimously it's weird to think of them as Toronto Blue Jays, yet at some point in their respective careers, all of them were.

Yeah, it's too bad Frank Viola ended his career with six horrible starts for the Blue Jays in 1996. It would have been nice to end it where he started, but things just don't work out that way.
