    It's just because a Frenchman hasn't won the Tour de France since 1985, while non-traditional cycling nations like Ireland (yeah, really), and the U.S.A. have won 8 (disputed 9) times. Just like you guys said, they do this every year...

    FYI guys, this has got nothing to do with his previous seven TdF victories. This is regarding a recent drug test where he supposedly misbehaved. It's got nothing to do with doping.
