Agreed. That is about the only commodity they have that can bring them talent.

Drop Emilio Bonifacio. His hot streak is done. It lasted the first 5 games of the season. Since then, he's been utterly putrid - .159/.205/.174, 4 walks to 22 strikeouts. Now, he's not THAT bad, but he's not a good player at this point. The only area where he's likely to help is stolen bases...which leads me to my pick-up suggestions.

There are a couple of enticing options on the market that can help in SB while not being the drag on the other categories like Bonifacio is. Dexter Fowler is one option. Chone Figgins another.

If you want to ride a hot hand, I'd try to grab Jason Kubel or Andruw Jones (yes, i'm completely serious. I grabbed him in another league and would in our league if I wasn't full with outfielders as is).

I would also suggest dropping Matt Thornton. He's not likely to get saves and middle relievers that aren't striking out a TON of batters and providing excellent ratios (such as Carlos Marmol did in 2007/2008) generally aren't worth using in fantasy leagues that don't have Holds as a category.
hes garbage, cant hit worth a lick

When were you talking to JP Riccardi?

Exactly, so start looking out for the guys who suck right now OFG. Leave the hot hands alone for the most part.

Rich Harden has gone mad!!! He just walked 3 in a row and hit a better resulting in 2 runs coming in without even lifting the bat off their shoulders.

He hits better than Bonifacio, and likely will steal more bases.

Cant argue with you there , but man Chiggens was a real disappointment for me and thats why I let him go and picked up Nyjer Morgan which has been a great switch, a possible .300 hitter with the same base stealing potential.

Both got wasted last week downtown. He spilled his heart out to me. Told me he hates Canada.
My runs created per 27 posts (RC/27p) was 12.4 last year. I should've been MVP.

Quick question: what player has the greatest home run to strike out ratio of all time? Min 100 homers

Lucky Mauer, he gets to partake in Sidney Ponson's farewell tour.
