    Seattle placed Corcoran on the DL and called up Jason Vargas! OMG we finally have a lefty in the 'pen. It's actually pretty incredible how good the bullpen has been with mediocre righties.

    Teixeira: NY was best for my family

    It makes perfect sense to me. No matter which team he chose, somebody was going to be unhappy.

    The article is on MLB.com today, so while that's not old, I agree most of what he said isn't really newsworthy. They just needed something on the Yankees.
