    Thing about a Mexican team is I assume the team would have to overpay by quite a bit to get the players to play there.

    You'd be surprised. Mets, BINGLE, and I once tricked Pujols got traded to the Mets, have gotten him to click all sorts of crazy links, and made him believe the police were after him for online harassment.
