Harden's good because his stuff is so filthy, but he's got significant injury concerns. Greinke's mechanics are very clean (as far as I know..) and he has little injury history to speak of.

I wish Harden could stay healthy, the numbers he put up last year were pretty amazing...too bad he didn't have enough innings to qualify for the ERA title.

I know, if it wasnt for the injuries I certainly believe he could be a perennial All Star. It seems as though Grienke has been around forever. Maybe he can pull off some magic this year, ill be rooting for him and the Royals.

    Re: MLB Talk

I'm concerned with Harden about his bulk. I saw him throwing a bullpen session in one of those sleeveless Under Armour shirts. The dude is ripped and I'm not sure that's a good thing for a pitcher. Flexibility? Important, Toned? Important, In Shape? Important, but it just seems to me that bulk on a pitcher is not a recipe for success. Just my opinion on something I'm certainly no expert in. His stuff is unbelievable, but I'm not sure he has the mental side of it yet. Of course, with stuff like that he may not need it, but if he ever gets that part of his game down and some full seasons in, he definitely could go places and as a proud Canadian I'll be rooting for him all the way.

Here we go again, not scoring runs. At least the Nats can score. We are gonna get shutout 2 out of 3.

Nice to see Joe Nathan get his 200th Twins save. I'm liking what Span has been showing from the lead off spot so far.

For people who watch Red Sox games ..

is it me or does Jason Bay always seem to jump out on his front foot the swing through the ball with his upper body - It always looks like he fooled on every pitch.

Pirates get their first hit after 6.2 Innings.

Twins wasted a good long outing by Perkins and got shut out by the M's.

Make that three amazing starts in a row for KC starters. Too bad we have no offense so far. 0-0 in the 7th.

That sucks man, it is so frustrating when great pitching gets no run support.

Yeah, I'd rather have great pitching and no offense rather than the other way around though.
