That one situation alone should prove that mods are needed. And Clay, I know you guys have a lot going on, but could you do something about that issue? In Metsguy's "I REALLY need to vent" thread some guy named a57nxj or something like that was incredibly rude and disrespectful, and was just a total jerk. If you aren't going to have a mod, could you at least do something about him? Thanks.

Banning &/or censorship of posters on a forum just b/c they have a questionable view on the issue at hand is ok though? For the Freedom of Press but against the Freedom of Speech?

I did that, and I think he did respond when he quoted your post and stated he did not want to deal with petty squabbles. But I think this was more then a little thing...

This doesn't speak well to the idea of bringing mods back if all it will do is get people banned depending on who gets along well with which mods.

I've said it, and multiple others have as well, many times... if you have a problem with a poster that is just annoying or bothering you, ignore them. It's nice to see some people are finally learning that.

I feel I meet both requirements . Realistically, I would say RickD and ArcticBlast would be great mods.Neither seems biased or holds a grudge, you know?
