    You bet there is, Ref - why, this very season the Victoria Seals (managed by old MLB Darrel Evans) starts up in Our Town...and I do believe there's another team on t'other side of the tracks, way out in the outer darkness known as Eastern Canada....

    Rongar...So, is this a first? Intrigued by all the Vin din, I'm gonna tune into a baseball game (Dodgers vPadres) simply to listen to the commentator.

    Mind you, I've probably heard him before - the Dodgers were my favourite team before the advent of the Expos; Jays; Marlins; & Rays., and I watched LAD, betimes, on telly, back in the sixties.

    You are in for a treat. Be forewarned he does take some days off and Ross Porter (or is it Charlie Steiner?) and Rick Monday step in for him, but if you get uncle Vinny: good times!

    Vin is great, definitely, and he's certainly better than so many who do the game nowadays...but he's kind of, um, boring. Now Jon Miller is great even when he's calling the game as Vin Scully!
