Dontrelle getting paid has nothing to do with anxiety. He signed his contract before the start of 2008. If they didn't put him on the DL and just released him outright, he'd STILL get paid. Instead, he's going to be in the minors trying to work his way back, so I wouldn't say he's sitting on his duff.

And yeah, D-train is being paid a lot of money to not really do anything for the Tigers. What's he supposed to do, donate his salary to pay off Joe Schmo's mortgage? It's capitalism, life's not fair, oh well.

You can sugar coat it to not make yourself look like a D bag. Like "leave of absense", Id have more respect for him if he went on the DL for "cutting myself shaving....I hit the jugular." Or "I have massive exploding diahrea coming out of every orifice of my body."

oh cmon, you know you like it. But if you want me to be serious about it, you were correct in saying he didnt have a choice, but its a bad move on the Tigers to say its because of anxiety. Like I said before, you could easily go with leave of absence or even a real sports injury to not make it such bad press given what hes been through there already.

And if you think he should be paid still, why are you bringing up all this garbage about Americans losing homes and jobs?

I really just have a problem with you calling Willis a d-bag and a ***** because a doctor diagnosed him with a mental disorder and because his career completely collapsed. I'm pretty sure he would love to change both of those things.
